Owner was very easy to work with, made filming and the scouting before filming very easy for us. We were a crew of 28 and the house provided plenty of rooms for both holding and filming. Also, it looks great on screen and the lighting is gorgeous. We used the 3rd floor to cheat as a different location.
Great place, seamless experience ! Natalya was very accommodating, flexible and responsive.
She let us scout the place a few days prior to help us organize the last details for our wake ceremony. We were able to adjust our check-in and check-out time, and even let us use the little bedroom and bathroom downstairs (which helped a lot! thank you). Always responsive and available, she answered on the spot to our questions.
We really recommend, and would love to rent again in the future.
