Grace and her team were fantastic guests. They communicated well, followed the house rules and left my place clean and tidy. I'd definitely recommend them to other hosts!

During the site visit I specifically told Grace they could not film downstairs they then filmed shots coming in and out of the front door leading to complaints from our customers being sent to me while I was offsite. After I raise the issue of our guests being on their footage she told me that they were not and then told me they wouldn't use that footage, she also told me my staff were not shown the footage with guests (this is how I knew our guests were on film) and then said they had shown it to her twice but she wasn't watching closely, she can name the exact guest that is seen in the background. I have had to contact that guest to inform them that they were on film that I cannot confirm whether the shot will be in the final cut as Grace no longer wishes to discuss the matter, all I have is her word telling me that they will not use it but since they ignored my initial instructions to only film upstairs I do not feel confident in this.
