Working with Chad was an absolutely great experience. To begin, he accommodated my requests to tour the space before booking not once, but twice. He was communicative all throughout the process of nailing down day of logistics, rate, and all the rest. Chad’s efforts to accommodate and support my booking reached if not surpassed my hopes and expectations for how it would all go down. Chad keeps the space tidy, arranged and laid out the room to my preference, and had the main area and bathroom clean for the day of my booking.
Regarding the space itself: the view is spectacular. Situated on the the 13th (top) floor of the American Cement building, the corner penthouse boasts a full wall of windows looking out over a front row view of McArthur lake and the downtown LA skyline. The view out the windows is so symmetrical and centered that it looks like it was framed by a photographer. At night, the lights of the skyscraper glisten off of the lake and pop beautifully out of the night sky. The view absolutely sets this space apart from every other venue I had considered across multiple booking platforms.

Our team absolutely loved working with Chad and renting his space. Ours was a multiple-location shoot, but we always found ourselves drifting back to Chad's as homebase. He was a terrific host: accommodating, flexible, always helpful, and a pleasure to be around. He felt like part of the shoot-family while we were filming, a fact even our talent remarked upon. And that's to say nothing of his space, which is terrific! Those views are some of the best I've seen in LA. Couldn't recommend this space highly enough. Thanks for everything, Chad :)
