I enjoy great architecture and would like to make my building available for film and TV productions. It's been used several times by various film production companies. We have two separate power panel since our building was wired for 2 separate tenants. We have qty 2 NEMA 14-50R, 125/250 Volts, 50 Amps plugs in parking lot and easy access to the power panels. Some of the film crews have put their own content on the large screen displays/tv's used throughout the office.

The site rep was friendly and helpful and pictures are accurate to how the space looks in person. Would recommend for a shoot with a medium/ small crew size.

Everything went well, the space was generally as pictured and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Parking is an extra cost, otherwise only street parking in the area.
