As an independent filmmaker, I am so lucky to have this place for my short film project. The host, London, is super friendly and responded to my messages quickly, which was very important during my hectic pre-production. Speaking of the facilities, it's very clean, spacious, and convenient location. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone for doing photography and filmmaking.

Set in Film is an amazing studio that has everything I Need to do my podcast! I have used their studio 3 times and I love it… it’s amazing that they have 2 floors and London is an amazing host

This studio is amazing! I have shot 2 full day productions here and the studio has been a perfect fit for what my crew needed. The owner/host London R. is great at accommodating us and was very supportive while we worked there. Nice open windows for natural light, a mix of brick, white wall or backdrop, and an upstairs section. Whats great is it has a kitchen that can be used for crew or talent. Overall great space, located in a perfect spot in Toronto. Will definitely be back, and I highly recommend to everyone else looking for a studio loft to book this one!

Amazing studio!! Huge space with so many diff options. One of my absolute favourites to shoot at. Great windows and a very comfy couch as well. Host was extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to come back here to shoot in the day time
