Sunny is a wonderful host and this house is amazing! The house's design is very lighting-friendly, with multiple windows almost facing every direction, you can bounce light from the front yard, back yard, side walk, and to create marvelous depths and atmospheres for your picture. Will definitely recommend this place!

Sunny was the greatest location owner I have ever worked with! He was so accommodating and worked with us when we had to shoot in the blizzard. The space was great and the footage looks incredible! 1000% would shoot here again!
