Minimal Mid Century Inspired Home Sunny is a wonderful host and was very flexible. For student film it's always a hassel to negotiate with the price and everything in between however Sunny made the pre-production and production a wonderful process in terms of locations. The location was perfect for our film! The house is very beautiful.

Minimal Mid Century Inspired Home Sunny is a wonderful host and this house is amazing! The house's design is very lighting-friendly, with multiple windows almost facing every direction, you can bounce light from the front yard, back yard, side walk, and to create marvelous depths and atmospheres for your picture. Will definitely recommend this place!
