About the Space

Our studio space is just off Clissold Park, which has easy access to stores and the park space. The entrance to our building is the first black double door to your left. Once you have retrieved your key from the padlock you can then access the building with the fob. Our studio has multiple types of equipment for yoga/pilates classes such as cork mats, resistant bands, and yoga blocks. Our personal training spaces also provide a treadmill, bike, dumbbells, barbell, steppers, bench, medicine balls, mats, and exercise balls. The space also has an adjustable aircon too!
