About the Space
$500 MINIMUM fee the 8 hour minimum is simply to get me my $500 using Giggster's rate calculator. BEAUTIFUL wilderness ranch/forest exteriors 1/4-mile long with stream that runs throughout the property length, lots of oaks and sycamores and riparian forest. A rare wilderness property within the City Of Los Angeles, just a 15-minute drive from the studios in Burbank, sandwiched between the 5 and 210 freeways. 1.8 miles to the 210, 5 miles to the 5. Many different venues: Riparian forest, pirate village, fire truck, boats on trailers, trailer park. Portable restroom on site (Andy Gump). In lieu of insurance, I will ask you to sign a hold-harmless agreement.

The location is pretty amazing. In the winter, the Sun is partially hidden by a hill and it travels across the hill, giving you constant light that's easy to deal with. Frank was great to work with, communicates well and prepped the area for us.
