Situated on the second floor of a historic converted factory, the space blends industrial charm with modern flexibility. This light-filled loft features 12-foot ceilings, oversized industrial windows, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and roughly 2,800 square feet of open and versatile space. In addition to the main seating and gathering area, there’s a designated space for a dance floor equipped with a disco ball and lights that turn on with the flip of a switch. Food & Beverage Policy • Outside food and alcohol are welcome Rental Includes: • Full kitchen • Private single bathroom • Free high-speed Wi-Fi • Large, colorful canvases • Keyless Access • 8ft wooden dining table and chairs • Couch, chairs, and loveseat • SONOS sound system throughout Flexible & Convenient Location Located at North Ave & Western Ave, Le Loft is just 15 minutes from downtown Chicago. Guests enjoy free street parking throughout the neighborhood, plus a convenient loading zone directly in front of the building for easy load-in and load-out. Site Visits We offer 15-minute site visits by appointment. Please inquire for availability. Important Notes • Setup and teardown time must be included within your reservation • Please be mindful of noise during late hours and when exiting the building We would love to host your next event at Le Loft—reach out with any questions or to book your date! House Rules: • No confetti or glitter (including balloon glitter). Violation fee: $300 • No open flames; candles must be fully enclosed in deep containers. • No smoking or vaping inside the space. Violation fee: $300 • Keys must be returned to the lockbox. Failure to do so incurs a $100 fee • Setup and teardown time must be included within your reservation • No pets allowed (Violation fee: $250) • Overtime is billed at $195 per additional 30 minutes • All personal items must be removed at the end of the reservation. Left items without approval will be charged $195 per hour (7am–12am). • All furniture must be returned to its original placement (fee: $100) • Do NOT enter the connecting East Side space via the barn doors. It is monitored. Violation fee of $1,000. • All trash must be placed in lined garbage cans provided • DJs require prior approval—please inquire • Front door must be locked upon departure • Please leave our plant babies alone 🌿
