Bathed in soft natural light, this 1000-square-foot studio offers a warm and inviting design; the perfect space for creative projects, photoshoots, or small gatherings. Ideally located in the heart of Mile-End, it features a fully equipped kitchen and the option to rent professional photography gear on-site. Available on site: Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, table seating up to 10) Makeup and hair area Lounge area Private restroom inside the studio Vestibule Air conditioning Steamer, clothing rack, and full-length mirror Elevators (available at all times) and freight elevator (open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) Wi-Fi Sound system Unlimited coffee and tea In the studio space: Ceiling height: 11 ft 10 in 25-foot white wall 22-foot textured wall 23-foot window wall (facing northeast) Wall-mounted support for three 9 ft backdrops 2 black-and-white reversible V-flats, 3 apple boxes, 5 sandbags, 3-step ladder Please note: The studio is not soundproof On weekdays, studio managers may be on site at all times in the private office area (additional fees apply for exclusive access) Professional photo equipment is available for rent: tripods, flashes, softboxes, backdrops and more.
