Office spaces, wifi, and on-site bathrooms included. 25 parking spaces available, free street parking. Student film, web series, indie & low budget friendly. NOTE: the location is a FUNCTIONING business -- and needs to remain as such. Things such as coolers will need to remain on, and all products will need to be replaced to original location by end of filming. 100% Reset is a requirement.
