NOTE: Hire rate posted is just base pricing and varies on time/day and size of people. Please enquire for custom rate and other hire details. Three planted acres of vines. One of bacchus, schonburger and seyval blanc. It is a family run vineyard and managed with great sympathy to the local wildlife. We have a small production of wine and usually produce around 2,000 still bottles a year which traditionally has all been sold locally. The vineyard is situated on a small pocket of cornbrache on top of oolitic limestone which keeps the soils well drained and warm. We do have events from time to time - whether that is having community open days with the local town or villages, or enabling a group to use the vineyard for their special occasion. If this is something you would like to discuss just drop us a message for the first step. We have a rain water barn toilet - but bring in portaloos when needed. All parking is in the field. In September/October things start winding down as we will be thinking about harvesting.
