About the Space
Beautiful Victorian townhouse close to the sea. Arranged over 4 floors with neutral textured walls and lots of wood and natural materials throughout. The house benefits from plenty of natural light and is in a very quiet residential part of the city. The kitchen would make an ideal location for food shoots given the depth and visual design and by utilising the island. Lights can easily be shone through the large skylights by accessing the rear garden on the first floor. All house lights are a warm white (3200K) and fully dimmable. Whilst there is no off street parking, parking on street costs £7 per day. I am a cameraman by profession so can supply camera and lighting equipment at an additional cost if required.

Loved having my shoot here. Adam was really helpful and provided parking permits so we could park 2 cars right outside the house. The kitchen was exactly what I was expecting, and with the skylights great light. Would highly recommend this as a location. I will be booking again I'm sure :)
