Our company rented this property for a two‑day production with a crew of about 25 people, and it was an excellent fit. The space was more than sufficient, with a large backyard that allowed departments to spread out comfortably. Street parking was manageable, and having nearby businesses available to rent additional parking made logistics even easier. The owner was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout both pre‑production and filming, which we truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a location with management that attentive and reliable. I would highly recommend this property for productions. It offers ample space, convenient parking options, and outstanding support from the host!
