A brand-new 6,000 sq. ft. two-story film studio designed by filmmakers, for filmmakers. Perfect for dramas, commercials, and music videos, our space is built to double as multiple sets — flexible, versatile, and easily customizable for any creative vision. ALL SETS included. Sets and Layout Ground Floor includes: - Luxury Store/ Cafe set - Office Pantry set - Crafty/ holding area - 1 empty rooms, perfect for set builds, offices, wardrobe, extra holding or green rooms - Small abandoned warehouse–style area, offering a gritty, industrial look for contrast scenes Second Floor includes: - Office CEO office (can be transformed into a Hotel Room) - manager’s office - conference room - office shared workspace - office hallway - office restrooms Customizable Design The CEO room • can be transformed into a hotel room by removing tables and adding an air mattress bed • Suitable for hospitality, lifestyle, and narrative scenes across a wide range of productions Amenities Inside our warehouse, we provide four restrooms, a few folding long tables, and over 20 chairs for crew and talent comfort. The space is designed to support productions of all sizes, offering flexibility and comfort throughout your shoot day. Neighborhood Located in a convenient neighborhood with many great and affordable food options, studio offers both comfort and practicality for long shoot days. Our Team We are a team of four filmmakers and producers who understand what a smooth production needs. We’re hands-on, professional, and here to assist and support every crew that shoots here — from prep to wrap. COI will be required 24 hours before start time. COI must meet the following four criteria: Type of Insurance: Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. Minimum Coverage: Not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
