Spacious Penthouse & Versatile Layout The Penthouse includes a spacious master bedroom, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a large rooftop deck. For those looking for additional space, we offer a downstairs unit (available for an additional fee), featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, and a fully functional kitchen. This unit provides easy access to the Penthouse and is ideal for use as a green room, talent holding area, or craft services space for film shoots and photoshoots. Inquire about availability and rates for this unit. Seamless Indoor/Outdoor Experience Our lounge area offers both comfort and versatility. Inside, you’ll find a cozy gas fireplace, a fully functional kitchen, and a Bluetooth speaker system to connect your music. The walls of the lounge open to the beach, allowing for an effortless transition to our outdoor deck, where a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system awaits. If you’re planning to host live music, including a DJ, we also offer a professional control room and sound system, with a technician available for an additional fee. Furnishings & Extras Included We provide a variety of furniture at no additional cost, including: 64 folding chairs 20 round tables One 6-ft banquet table One 8-ft banquet table Additionally, our daybeds can easily be rearranged to suit your preferred layout. Heaters are available on the deck to ensure your guests remain comfortable, no matter the season. For dining events, we have flatware, glassware, and all necessary cooking equipment to serve up to 20 guests. If you require additional items, you can bring your own or we can arrange rentals. Rental Information & Policies Booking Times: Sunday-Thursday: Events must end by 10:00 PM Friday & Saturday: Events must end by 12:00 AM, with music cutting off by 11:00 PM Pricing: Pricing varies depending on the type and scale of your event. Weddings typically start at $5,000, and we’re happy to provide a customized rate based on your event’s duration and guest count. We pride ourselves on being hands-on and dedicated to making your event extraordinary. Our experienced team will assist with decor setup, lighting changes, cleaning throughout the event, and other details throughout the day.
