About the Space
Great for feature films, table reads, photo shoots, short films, music videos, instagram shoots, etc. 3 bedrooms including a large master bedroom w/ Murphy bed & large french doors. One room has a reclaimed wood wall which is great for head shots and photo shoots! Living room, dining room, and kitchen are also included in the rental. 2 fireplaces. 1 block from Starbucks and very close to some great restaurants. Huge back yard! Multiple parking spots on site & 2 hour free street parking. Free street parking all day on street 1/2 block north of us. Safe, quiet, neighborhood!

This cottage exterior LOOK was perfect for what we were filming. We were able to get there a bit early to set up our prop car, which was great. The house has the cottage feel and it was cute... Not so great, it was the consistent neighborhood noise. We might have to do a lot of make up sound in ADR because the house is in or near a flight path, trucks and cars were constantly driving down the street, people walking into the shots and helicopters all the time too. Maybe it was the day or maybe this is normal, but not ideal for dialogue scenes taking place outside. The host was a nice guy, but wish he responded quicker to questions that I had about specific things that pertained to our shoot and what not and I have no idea what the inside of the place looked like.
