We offer special flat rate for party , during the weekday Monday to Thursday is as lower rate as $50 minimum 4 hours for private, open event can be play rate$100 Weekend Friday to Saturday the rate must not less flat rate $$600 for private party for sales not less $1000 , otherwise flat rate $800 for sales less $1000 , if open party the price is minimum $ 50 to $200 Recommended for private Parties is minimum 30 people depending on the type of event Equipment Available: Projector and screen, smoke machine, various lighting/party lights, PA system, speakers, soundboard, microphones No outside alcohol  is permitted. We are a 60 venue*with seat including stand up to 100 people *Pricing for birthday for party . film projects. Photo shooting, baby shower Social or business Meeting, can starts mini $200 or it can be whole Day or can free place for bands *  event space that is fully capable of hosting any type of  performance or live music.
