Nestled in the heart of London’s bustling financial district, this striking two-story office space combines the city’s industrial legacy with an unexpected touch of whimsy. The ground floor is an expansive open-plan area where raw, exposed brick walls meet polished concrete floors, and industrial steel beams frame the space. Large windows flood the room with light, offering sweeping views of the city’s skyline, while minimalist, modern furniture and carefully curated artwork add contemporary flair. The high ceilings create an airy, spacious atmosphere, perfect for fostering both collaborative energy and quiet concentration. A sleek staircase leads up to a mezzanine that opens up to an unconventional feature: an indoor "rainforest." The mezzanine level is home to a carefully designed faux rainforest, where artificial greenery, including towering palms, ferns, and vines, create the illusion of an exotic jungle retreat. While it’s not a natural ecosystem, the space is meticulously crafted to mimic the tranquility of the outdoors, with lush, life-like plants and strategically placed misting systems that add a soft, tropical ambiance. For filming we have the following: Floor 1: Monday - Thursday: from 18:00 Friday - Saturday: 7am - 11pm Sunday: 7am - 6pm (potentially can move later depending on cleaning schedule agreed) Floor 2: Friday: from 18:00 Saturday: 7am - 11pm Sunday: 7am - 6pm (potentially can move later depending on cleaning schedule agreed) Podcast Studio - an extra £500 per day hire on Friday - Sunday
