Cozy event space located in Griffintown ✨ Stylish second-floor café setting that has different shades of natural light and a vibrant decor 🛋 Our 750 square feet venue offers flexible event customization, including essential amenities such as: - Unlimited barista quality coffee and matcha included for shoots and meetings! - Service counter including a fridge, ice machine, glassware, cutlery, plates and a microwave - Furnished modular areas such as a lounge space - Wifi, 65 inch TV and 20+ outlets - Sound system options (Sonos and/or Electro-Voice ZLX-12BT) - Elevator with direct access to the venue - Private parking, depending on rental hours Ideal for a range of events such as photoshoots, intimate gatherings and private coworking for your business 📩 *Please note that this is a private suite located within an office floor and shares the main entrance. As a result, there may be occasional light foot traffic during regular business hours. The office is occupied by only a few team members, and they are always mindful and discreet when passing through the entrance during bookings. The venue was perfect for our baby shower! Samuel was super accommodating and let us transform the space as we wanted. He handled the bar for the event, serving both espresso drinks and mocktails and it was a huge hit. The space is well lit and super cozy. We are so happy to have hosted our event there and cannot recommend it enough!

It helps that the space is also beautiful, easy to acces, versatile and has everything you need. Can't recommend enough!

We booked this venue for our family brunch the morning after our wedding, and it was perfect. We took the barista service as well, and it was a great addition to make this gathering even better. The service was great, the place was great… we simply had a great time!

I organized my birthday party at this space earlier in August for a group of around 40 people and I simply couldn't have been more satisfied. The space came with a lot of the amenities that I needed (plates, cups, cutleries, speakers, etc.), which saved me a lot of time and effort. Samuel is also a very, very generous and helpful venue manager - the best that I have dealt with so far! He was quick to respond and was beyond understanding when I had to make some last minute changes. Truly cannot recommend this space enough and I certainly plan to return in the future.

GREAT VENUE, EXCELLENT HOST We held a birthday party last Sunday, July 6th at this location. Samuel, our host, did an excellent job for us and our 50 guests. The arrangements working up to the party were flawless, Samuel was always available first for a visit and then on the phone. He was very quick to answer all of our questions, doing so in a very professional and calm manner. When party time arrived his efforts at being host were amazing. He managed the bar while also restocking the catered food, looking after individuals requests and making consistent rounds of the space to clear off used glasses and dishes. In conversation with him before and after the event we learned more about his passion for being a professional event host. He has the best credentials for this work; he is organized, patient, informed and clearly excellent at social interaction. I can't recommend this place highly enough! I hosted a graduation party with 3 other families, totaling about 30 people, and it was unanimous: the space was exceptional! Sam, the host, was so helpful! He communicated clearly and quickly throughout, and he checked in during our party to make sure we had everything we needed. He even handled clean up! Rent this space! You will be so happy!

Located in a fantastic neighbourhood with stylish and nicely curated interior decor, the venue created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. It had everything we needed and more. I’m especially grateful to Samuel and his team, who were outstanding from start to finish. Their professionalism, quick responses, and genuine dedication made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Highly recommend this place for any type of event. Truly a five-star experience!
