The spacious main room, with its soaring cathedral-like panelled ceiling and Oregon pine floor, is an ideal event space or the perfect stage for photography, a movie scene or video. Outside the cottage, sprawling, rustic gardens are separated by ancient stone walls. A mature arboretum presents further opportunities filming or for over-flow guests. The cottage and gardens are completely secluded, with no visibility possible from the road or any other inhabited properties. The compound has many other features which may be accessed by guests: a traditional Finnish sauna, an organic vegetable garden and orchard; an apiary; a nuttery.
