Theater space with 13,300 square feet of usable space including lobby, Cabaret, dance studio, dressing and make up rooms, rehearsal space, balcony, Tech booth w/ Sound and Lighting boards, Bar, and many break out rooms, 350 seat theater in the round. Parking is easy, there is a paid lot connected to the theater and a parking structure nearby that includes 4 hours free with theater validation. EVENTS: Rental begins at $275/hr. Both Rhandi and Melissa are so lovely and very easy to work with. Great communicators and the space is just so gorgeous I'm obsessed. We shot a small commercial and the space was perfect with plenty of nooks and different rooms to shoot a variety of scenes. Easy and cheap parking too for your crew. Would definitely recommend renting from them!

We loved filming a music video at the Theater!! All the crew was very helpful (especially Randi & Melissa & Kenton), and the location is great. Besides the main room, other rooms can be used for production. Parking is really easy, and there are entrances in the front and in the back. Would definitely film there another time!
