About the Space
"The Shop " is a renovated mid century auto repair shop , with two bays , a corner office space, a bathroom with a shower and a 10 car fenced and gated parking lot . The bays when empty can accommodate an insert shoot, still shoot or a regular film shoot ,the corner office space is a comfortable lounge/ office/ work area, it's a perfect studio space if a still photographer needed to shoot for several days. "The Shop" is great for events , meetings , parties . Located on the edge of downtown Long Beach close to restaurants ,museums , walking distance to the beach.

Gilbert was a great host! He allowed me to transform the space into what I wanted for my 30th Birthday. He also did not hesitate to help set up with anything I needed. My guests had a really fun time and I got many compliments on the space. I would definitely have another event here.

Great place, Gilbert was extremely helpful and had wonderful hospitality the whole event. The event wouldn’t have ran as smoothly if it wasn’t for him. We threw my nieces first birthday here everyone loved the place. Very clean and spacious. Would 100% book again and strongly recommend this wonderful venue.

This space was perfect for my 30th birthday celebration. The location was a blank canvas so I was able to reimagine the space and make it my own. Gilbert was communicative and accommodating. Thank you for all your help Gilbert!
