Located only 12 miles from the coast and 17 miles from the Snowdonia National Park, Segrwyd Hall is a stunning 700 year old Grade II listed country estate which sits in over 25 acres of beautiful woodlands and gardens. The property was once owned by Henry VII who gave it to Robert Dolben in 1493 in appreciation of his services during the War of the Rose. The many stories and tales from Segrwyd Hall’s long history, would make an amazing film themselves. Segrwyd Hall is the perfect outdoor setting for any event including film productions and other media events. The Property is approached by a long stoned driveway which winds through delightful woodland before arriving at The Hall. The hall is framed by formal lawns and enjoys a very private idyllic and tranquil location, with breath taking views towards the Vale of Clwyd, with The Clwydian Range providing an ever changing dramatic mountain backdrop. There is a magical Victorian walled garden, with an orchard of apple, plum, damson and walnut trees. The original 4 horse stables remain almost unchanged since the property was a Georgian hunting lodge The Historic Segrwyd Hall Estate is also the ideal venue for your outdoor wedding, a naming ceremony, renewal of vows and many other special bespoke events, just give us your vision and we help make it happen. We have assembled a great team to assist you in creating your dream event including, event planners, marquee hire, theme, photographer, florist, decorations, catering, entertainment, MC, celebrant and helicopter charter. The impressive historic dining room in the main Hall is available for private hire for up to 8 people. The original gate lodge (Drive Cottage) and The Coach House have been converted into two much sought after holiday lets.
