The outdoor haven boasts a furnished tiki hut on a wooden deck adjacent to the pool and spa, complemented by two pergolas—one featuring a sofa/lounger and the other with seating area. A wooden wall water and swing by the oaks. Behind the tiki it is gracefully accompanied by the checkerboard pavers in front of a beautiful giant arch. An outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a sink, 22-cubic-foot fridge, microwave, coffee maker, flat cooktop with two burners, and a barbecue grill, caters to culinary needs. For fitness enthusiasts, an outdoor gym features a squat rack, cable system, bench, assorted dumbells, bosu ball, ab ball, medicine balls, kettlebells, battle rope, TRX, plyo box, aerobics step, hyperextension sissy squat machine, boxing bag, yoga mats, assorted resistance bands, yoga block, yoga wheel, and a small trampoline. In the front yard, green and yellow bamboo, a sprawling oak tree with a swing, and a meticulously landscaped Koi pond with a bench set the stage for stunning wedding and lifestyle photography. This versatile space is ideal for film shoots, photo shoots, movie shoots, commercial shoots, filmed interviews, fitness videos, documentaries, promo videos, yoga retreats/classes, and other creative production projects. When booking, please consider setup and breakdown time, as it is part of your rental duration. Delayed breakdowns beyond your booking end will incur time and a half charges in 15-minute increments, calculated based on your specific booking rate. Overtime billing Example: 1-15 mins @ $160= $60 1-30 mins @$160= $120 1-45 mins @$160= $180 1-60 mins @$160 = $240 A site visit incurs a $40 fee, requiring a scheduled appointment. If the site is booked the $40 will go towards the booking. Site visit fee is non-refundable The standard rate does not apply on holidays; the holiday rate starts at $260 per hour with a 2-hour minimum based on occupancy. Amenities include a bathroom at the outdoor kitchen for convenience. Smoking and animals are prohibited unless explicitly authorized on a case-by-case basis. The property is exclusively available for professional photoshoots and video production, excluding the interior of the house. If any furniture is moved, it is the renter's responsibility to restore it to its original arrangement upon departure. ***please do not have your crew or talent show up early the property will no be available till your booking time ***
