This flexible and unique, purpose-built venue can be reduced for a more intimate capacity, starting from 100 people, up to full usage with a maximum capacity of 600 standing. The Pier can be hired for a range of event formats from sit-down dinners for up to 380 people to conferences holding up to 400 people theatre-style. The space operates as its own standalone venue and comes with your own private entrance, food traders, bar, toilets, plus an outside terrace. In addition, the space also comes complete with a stage, DJ booth, photo booth, and a fantastic AV set-up ready to go.
