One of the few original pubs left in Newport situated in the heart of the city centre adjoining Friars Walk Shopping and Leisure complex. We offer delicious, homemade traditional pub food at sensible prices and generous portions served all day, every day in clean, comfortable surroundings. The urban, vintage feel inside marries the new with the old traditional pub comforts and our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service. An award-winning live music venue – the biggest in the city with a great variety of local bands usually performing every Thursday, Friday & Saturday night with free entry.
