A modern agricultural building with panoramic doors that open fully in the Summer, and under-floor heating beneath the polished concrete floor to keep warm in the Winter. The long bar is made from quartz and the walls are faux green-walls. Seating is on rattan armchairs decorated with botanical print cushions and faux sheepskins. Festoon lanterns and upcycled porcelain gin bottles provide cosy ambient lighting. We grow our own citrus trees to use the leaves, blossom and fruit for gin production, hence the name Orangery.
