About the Space
The ground floor of Hale House consists of large living room that may be divided into two rooms. Bathroom access is included. Ideal for smaller events, meetings, gatherings, art shows, concerts, etc. Our living room is a 500 sq foot room, with the possibility of closing sliding doors and turning it into two smaller rooms. Ideal for meetings, smaller parties, intimate concerts, art shows, classes, and similar events. Tables and chairs are available. There is a small kitchenette with a sink and a microwave, a bathroom, and beautiful natural light during the day time. Please note we require event hosts to leave the space as they found it, and to take all recyclables off site with them. Leaving recyclables or mixing them with the trash will result in losing your damage deposit.
