About the Space

The Robert Gordon Suite is the largest of 3 meeting rooms on the second floor, seating up to 22 guests boardroom style and up to 45 theatre style - it can be tailored to suit different requirements. The room is equipped with a plasma presentation screen which can be easily linked to video conferencing and audio visual facilities. The Robert Gordon Suite can also be used as a syndicate room in conjunction with the St Andrews Suite to host breakout sessions, workshops or smaller meetings out with the main plenary room. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests. So, it would be best to enquire if you are interested. The venue may have a separate cancellation policy. For further information, please ask the Event Manager.
