About the Space

A smaller space suited well to meetings, dinners, and breakout sessions from larger meetings. With elegant wood panelling and prints of the Charterhouse adorning the walls, this space is an excellent setting for smaller gatherings. There are other rooms available for smaller breakout sessions subject to availability. Capacity: 50 for reception, 40 seated theatre style or 28 for dinner – Daytime meeting (9am – 5pm) £250.00 per hour – Daytime reception or lunch (9am – 5pm) £355 per hour – Evening (5pm – 10pm) £420.00 per hour Daytime reception/lunch and evening hire includes use of the Learning centre as service point Guide to venue hire rates: – Rates are exclusive of VAT. – Catering and any extra equipment charged in addition. – Depending on the type of event, some spaces might require more time for setup and a breakdown - extra charge may apply. – Rates are based on individual room hire and non-exclusive use of the Charterhouse. These can be revisedon case by case basis considering multiple venue hire. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests. So, it would be best to enquire if you are interested. The venue may have a separate cancellation policy. For further information, please ask the Event Manager.
