LOCATION: Built in 1955, house is located in highly sought after Film Triangle area of Historic Jefferson Park in East Point, Georgia. 4 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l Airport, 0.7 miles from I-85 and 4 miles from downtown Atlanta and attractions. PROP/WARDROBE RENTALS and FILM STUDIO LOCATIONS: 2 miles from each listed include; Screen Gems, Tyler Perry Studios, Central Atlanta Props and Sets (CAPS GA), and Technical Props. FOOD and GROCERY:  A few options within 1.5 mile or less from location include Kroger, WalMart (one street over), Taco Pete, Chick Fil A, Ikhla's Seafood and Pastries, Atlanta Donuts, ATL Wing & Deli, Waffle House, Which Wich, The Sleepy Potato and Rosie's Cafe. 7 miles to Camp Creek Marketplace. A special designation given by the Georgia Department of Economic Development’s Film, Music and Digital Entertainment Office. Some features that have been filmed in East Point include “Lovecraft Country,” "The Walking Dead," "Stranger Things," "Tyler Perry’s "Madea’s Big Happy Family" and "The Wonder Years" reboot. PROJECTS FILMED AT LOCATION: A few projects of many filmed at Glen Hideaway include, "Comfort" A Rising Voices film in association with Hillman Grad Productions (Lena Waithe), "Pretty" August Alsina, "Fun Fact" (Ballad Version) Elhae, "Real" Unfoonk & Young Thug, "Selfish" PG RA ft. 6lack, “Alien Abduction: Travis Walton” Discovery+. EVENTS: Small events are permitted.  Contact management for more information. SET CARE: No person is to be lying, sitting or sleeping on beds. Beds utilized for filming only. Any beds requiring setup or removal for scenes, management handles this only. *Children on Set All children must be accompanied by legal guardian at all times. We ask that all productions comply with child labor laws. Any productions not adhering will be shut down. *Music Videos For safety of all, music video productions must provide call sheet listing cast/extras. Female cast allowed ONE personal assistant/friend. Artists up to two guests (excluding managers/stylists). No groups of friends or people hanging out around set. Names not on list will be asked to leave or production will be shutdown. Please emphasize this with cast, artist(s) & their management. **Refundable deposit required. Clean up fee $TBD
