There aren't enough superlatives to describe my recent experience with Andrew and the Garret. Negotiation was upfront and straightforward, and Andrew's support of my team and client was superb. The space was prepped for us, and the response to any of our requests was "yes." Add to that the overall friendliness and professionalism of the A.C.T. team and you have the recipe for a stressless location. Thank you so much - If I had my way, I'd shoot everything there.
