Owned by renowned photographer Richard Franklin, this world famous house has been featured on HGTV "BATTLE OF THE BLING" and has had many features as LA Times home of the week, NY POST, ER ENTERTAINMENT, DAILY MAIL, MILLION DOLLAR LISTINGS and much more. Famous and exclusive Hollywood Hills home with Nightclub and Casino under the pool level!! Nightclub and Casino areas open to selective events and film and video rentals. Rest of the home available for film and video. Casino can be located within the club area for poker, roulette and blackjack events or within a smaller area to free up space for party nights and events as a Nightclub setting. Home also has an open style kitchen, open living room, theater room, fitness room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, grotto with waterfall, terrace on the roof, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and a penthouse suite! Prices on request for specific events such as: Photoshoots Dinner parties Music videos Weddings Corporate meetings Rehearsal Space Photography location Photography studio location Yoga retreat Tv shows Movies Filming Cocktail parties and other events. All bookings will go through Giggster. Custom rates will apply depending on the type of booking.
