About the Space

A 3,000 sqft multipurpose raw space, full of character perfect for any filming or photoshoot, Mitzvahs, weddings, runway shows, corporate events and many more. Well-equipped with premium audio and video amenities. The space includes a sound system, two microphones, and a projector with a screen for seamless presentations or entertainment. We also offer a customized projection service to add a personal touch to your visual displays. Inside, you'll find functional spaces designed for convenience, including prep areas, a coat closet, storage areas, and a bathroom for your guests. For a comfortable and inviting setting, the venue is furnished with two large couches, a large coffee table, an antique buffet and bar table, side tables, and four cocktail tables. All furniture can be arranged to suit your needs, with removal available upon request to make your event setup as customizable as possible.
