Private Room features: •450 sq. ft. 15-person Team Event Space •24/7 Bookings - Call or Email for After Hours & Federal Holidays, security deposit required •1 Conference Room (12 seats, 6 tables), 1 couch, 1 long table + 2 chairs, 1 round table + 2 chairs •Kitchenette •High-speed Wi-Fi •Overhead Designer Lamps for Ambient Light •Natural Light •Convenient electrical outlets •Receptionist to greet your guests Catering: We don’t offer onsite catering, but the neighborhood is home to fast food giants, and local restaurants offering Italian, Thai, Mexican and more! Facilities: There is an ADA-compliant restroom available for our clients, and the office is at street level. The office manager will be available during the usual office hours (9 am - 5 pm), and for extended hours, an entry code will be provided for the clients.
