White Rock/ South Surrey! Discover the ultimate in privacy and luxury with this gorgeous contemporary home, nestled on a lush 1 acre lot filled with mature trees and gardens. This exquisite property features a beautifully landscaped backdrop, perfect for enjoying the pool and hot tub, with very large deck and another secret patio off of the dining room. Step inside to find a completely renovated kitchen equipped with high-end appliances including a Miele appliances, wine fridge, and SubZero fridge as well as an additional fridge located near the deck for guests. The elegance continues throughout the home with fir floors and porcelain tile, as well as fully remodeled bathrooms. We have a badminton net, bocce ball, Foosball table, and dart board to enjoy as well. Please note that we hosted at our previous property and never had less than 5 star reviews!
