Split across two floors, the upstairs is a large open-plan space with skylights and wonderful exposed steel roof trusses and columns in bold red. Beneath, the ground floor is a more moody, industrial location. Overall, you have 3700 sq ft to explore and create in. Would work brilliantly as a start-up office, a warehouse / factory space, or even a loft apartment. And easily accessible a few minutes from the Northern Line in Balham, with parking available. Available from 7am to 9pm. Rate: £100 per hour, minimum of 2 hours. 6 hour day rate £500, 10 hour day rate £800, 14 hour day rate £1,100.
