About the Space

House is 1750 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, an open concept living/dining/kitchen as well as driveway, garage, studio, and private patio. Fully equipped smart home (every room has an echo and hue lighting) My company deals with operations, management, and design in the theatre, film, fashion, and entertainment industry. I have lots of equipment for use in the space for various types of work; desk space (multiple set ups, carpentry tools, lighting and studio equipment, etc) so space can be transformed and used for multiple purposes. There are many rooms in the space indoor and outdoor so please inquire with which specific locations you are looking to utilize. I also have a basement studio apt but mostly airbnb that out but it is sometimes available if larger events and more space are required, please inquire if interested in an additional 300sq ft with another bath and kitchenette and bedroom and lounge area. If all space is used the house could accommodate events of 30 ppl. Please note not all bedrooms can be available simultaneously on any booking unless discussed prior to booking. At least 1 room must be available for host at all times (master bedroom, green bedroom, or black and white room) EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES I WILL ONLY ASK ONCE FOR GUESTS TO WEAR A MASK, AFTER THAT I WILL ASK GUESTS TO LEAVE DUE TO BREAKING POLICY-NO EXCEPTIONS NO EXCUSES. *this policy is for all behind the scenes personnel and for any on camera talent when not shooting but does not apply for talent while shooting. Covid-all guests must wear masks at all times (please read in detail in the rules section) and all guests must be documented with a covid waiver prior to shoot start time. Walkthroughs are available at a $50 fee. Price Breakdown non standard hour fee (8pm-10am) +$20/hour on top of base fee base fee is $50 and covers first 4 guests, it is $10/4 guests after that. 1-4$0 5 - 8 $10 9 - 12 $20 13 - 15 $30 16-20 $40 21-24 $50 25-28 $60 28-31 $70 this means if you do a shoot with 18 people that is $50 (base)+$40 (add guest fee)=$90/hour, if you then shoot with this many after 8pm it is an additional $20 so $110/hour. Weekend rate plus &30/hour on top. COVID POLICIES: EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES Spaces are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants prior to and after shoots, guests are encouraged to do their own cleaning as well with products that will NOT damage any household items. I also use UV-C light in harder to reach and high traffic areas. ALL guests must wear masks during the shoot (not provided, additional fee if I must provide) must social distance so # of guests will be limited. Subjects in front of the camera do not need to wear a mask while filming but must wear one when not filming and all behind the scenes staff must wear at all times-this is for the safety of others on site not yourself so there will be no exceptions and no lenience for breaking this health rule.
