About the Space

Our house is at the very west end of Simi Valley off Tierra Rejada Rd. near the 23 freeway and Moorpark. Tierra Rejada Rd. is rural with horse property on either side of the road until the 23 freeway. Our house sits across the street from an unimproved hillside and above that an avocado ranch. Above the avocado ranch is Mt. McCoy that has hiking trails to the top where there is a cross and panoramic views of Simi Valley. There is also a mountain trail leading to the Regan Library. Our street is quiet with little traffic and has a very rural feel.
