Located in beautiful Valencia, CA and walking distance to 6 Flags Magic Mountain. Conveniently located at right off the 5 freeway, and minutes from some of the best shopping and restaurants in Stevenson Ranch. Our home is Modern with a gourmet style kitchen w/ white marble granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, large center island, and back splashed tile. Solar panels on roof making our home green and efficient. Our modern kitchen is versatile and ideal for production needs, business meetings, or content shoots. The open kitchen and dining area provide plenty of space for your team to work comfortably and creatively. The sitting room area is bright and inviting with mid-century modern furniture and decor.
