The property offers a large open plan living/dining area, garden area, gorgeous wooden stairs and beams, and is fully furnished and equipped - perfect for TV / film scenes or photoshoots needing that cosy yet modern "at home" vibe.
There are two bedrooms - a large mezzanine bedroom with double bed and a small single bedroom.
There is one free parking space on the gravel drive in front of the main house. Alternatively you can park on Edward Street about 2 minutes walk from the house. You can walk into the town centre very easily in 5 minutes and you can drive to the bigger towns of Wrexham or Shrewsbury in 20-30 minutes. Wales is a stones throw away, just 8 minutes drive and about an hour to the stunning Snowdonia National Park.
