I recently booked this location, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The property I rented was even more beautiful in person than in the photos, and the description on the site was 100% accurate, so there were no surprises. The booking process was incredibly smooth — easy to navigate, with clear instructions on what to expect. The owner of the location was super friendly, accommodating, and helped with any questions I had prior to the shoot. On the day of the booking, everything went off without a hitch. I can not say enough good things about Sanam, we all adored her. She was a wonderful and kind host! She was attentive and quick to answer our questions before the shoot. We made some last-minute time changes, and she was kind and accommodating to our needs. On the day of the shoot, she made some food recommendations and even placed the order for us! She also recommended and called a friend for car rentals in the area. The property was beautiful, clean, and just absolutely perfect for our vision. The house and property are so big, that you will have so much space to create content. Would love to come back! 100000% recommend this location.

Sanam went out of her way to be helpful, communicative & flexible around our production. She helped us with hotel suggestions, food suggestions and made the production extremely easy whilst we were at her house. Her Assistant Victor, was also a huge help and accommodating. Couldn't recommend the house + host more. House is beautiful and was perfect for what we were looking for.

An amazing mansion with a HUGE property space and lake. They even have a rundown to drop boats and stuff. Everything was perfect: the location, the host, the manager onsite, who helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to my friends from production houses & event agencies. And of course, it’s a great place to host a wedding.

This is an amazing property that photographs beautifully. The host was wonderful and the location couldn't have been better for our shoot. The lake and property surrounding the house can be photographed in endless ways and the house is stunning. Absolutely worth the drive from Los Angeles to shoot there.
