About the Space

Stunning Brand New Architectural View Home in Baldwin Hills! This absolutely gorgeous bright & spacious 2-story beauty has been recently completed. Built with high end finishes & custom designer details. It features open floor plan, high ceilings, recessed lighting throughout, designer tile floors, hardwood floors, kitchen with Caesarstone countertops, built-in top of the line stainless steel appliances, pantry, large living room with fireplace, built-in surround system, flat screen TV, large private grassy backyard with breathtaking views of Downtown LA, Hollywood sign & Century City, contemporary glass railings. Please make sure that set up and takedown are included in your booking times. Any rentals being dropped off must be picked up by the end of your booking time as well. Also please note that we do not allow site visits prior to the event time as the house is not a “venue” but actually Style’s Home when not being used for events… You will have access to the entire bottom of the house except the office as well as the whole outside terrace during your event time. Caterers may use the kitchen if needed, you will have access to the fridge as well as a drink fridge inside the island of the kitchen. The Glass doors are pocket doors which fully open and create a beautiful inside/outside ambiance.

Wow, what a stunning house. If you can believe it, this house is even MORE beautiful in person. It was an absolute pleasure working with Christian and Style and they were beyond accommodating. Style was there during our event and helped us greatly when we tried putting music on and a football game on the TV. Thank you SO much for making our special night even better. 10/10, highly recommend :)

The view and the atmosphere was phenomenal for our theme. We all had a glorious time basking in the love at this home. Words can’t express how we felt. Style greeted us in a very welcoming manner. He also responds very quickly and professionally. The home is worth renting over and over again. The views will make you speechless.

This is by far one of the best booking experiences I’ve had on this platform. The pictures displayed on the profile do not do this home any justice. This home was beautiful with undeniable breathtaking views! The host was amazing, he presented a comfortable setting, which led to my team and I having a great experience.
