There is a 15'x12' Studio in the backyard of my home with a Private Entrance and Side Gate. Included in the space is the use of the Concrete Patio and backyard Sun Awning Lounge area for your recording needs as an Artist, for gatherings of Business Associates and Friends or Family. The Studio is newly renovated inside, will have an Air Conditioner Unit installed in the wall, and has a small window, three outlets and two doors with Deadbolts and Door Handle Locks. It includes the use of the common areas in the house as a Tenant as well, including the kitchen and bathrooms, which are newly renovated, and your entrance is through the rear sliding door. Your lease will be on a Month To Month for $1200, or even a Weekly Rate for $300 and there is no Deposit required, just an additional $100 Cleaning Fee at signing as we clean and repaint, if you were using it for shorter periods of time, and is able to be renovated into an interior of your own choice if you wanted, adding a new color base for your background scenes, or if as an Artist, to hang your works up on the walls. It is perfect as a Film Studio for a Social Media Influencer, Cam Guy/Girl, TikTok Video Maker, a Band, or even a small Music Production Studio that can be fitted with soundproofing. We could even help you install a dark room if you were an aspiring Photographer. But the coolest part is that it comes with access to the house as a Tenant so you will be able to live and work in your own space, and have a really nice patio and backyard to use as you want.
