About the Space

*Please note the rates posted are based on weekend standard hour rates and vary on weekdays. The standard full-day hire is 9 hours between 8 am - 6:30 pm. Overtime rates vary on time. Weekend shoots must be confirmed by Thursday at 10 am for the discounted rates to apply. All prices are subject to VAT. Floor to ceiling East-facing windows offers nice daylight and ground floor street access. Studio 5 is a versatile ground floor space with a three-metre shoot wall and white painted floor. Fully stocked provisions fridge and snack basket. Can be used in conjunction with Studio 5a using interconnecting doors for food shoots and events. It also works well as additional styling or breakout space for Studios 4 and 6. POWER 1 x 63-amp single phase outlet. ACCESS Ground floor through main entrance, via street level. REFRESHMENT STATION Includes kettle and complimentary tea + instant coffee. CATERING SERVICE Plates, cutlery, glasses, serviettes and everything you need for our buffet-style catering service. PROVISIONS & STUDIO FRIDGE We offer a selection of provisions and a fridge full of Karma drinks and sparkling water. Our filtered still-water glass bottles are free of charge. Please let us know if you prefer the provisions fridge to be locked and the snack basket removed. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to empty the provisions fridges. STYLING & MAKE- UP AREA Includes one rail, 25x hangers. Extra styling EQ is available upon request. WIFI AND SOUND WIFI and Speakers are available via Bluetooth. Please note that our studios are not soundproof.
