About the Space

Welcome to our historic four-story Art Deco style house, built in the 1880s! This building is home to a non-profit organization dedicated to gender equity and women's empowerment. By renting the space, you will be helping to support our mission and work. There is beautiful Art Deco detailing throughout the house as well as hardwood floors, and lots of light - especially on the top (4th) floor. Free, high-speed wifi is available, making it a great environment for meetings, short films, photo shoots and more! Each room is around 400 square feet. Most have furniture which you are welcome to move around, providing it is all returned to its original place when you finish! Booking rates may vary depending on the number of rooms required. The following rooms may be used (availability depends on other bookings and will vary by date): - First Floor: Garden Room, Courtyard - Second Floor: Green Dining Room / Kitchen, Blue Living Room - Fourth Floor: Pink Cathedral Room, Bathroom with Vintage Bathtub (without water) Please note that the office on the first floor and the entire third floor are private spaces and therefore not available for use. Additionally, the second floor kitchen and hallways in the house are shared spaces, so there may be some people coming and going from these areas. There is no elevator in the building.
