About the Space
Sprawling rustic white picket fence ranch home on beautiful cul-de-sac in popular area for filming. Warm family home with multiple unique niches inside and out for different looks. Rustic but elegant dining room with exposed beam-ornate ceiling, brick fireplace and wet bar, along with huge stone fireplace in living room. Can be used for winery, lodge, cabin or outdoor cafe shoot. Flagstone hardscaped backyard with charming tree lined walking path, natural pool, lush greenery, fire pit and pergola topped spa. Property is very long and takes up a good portion of one side of the cul-de-sac. Tons of parking in front and driveway.

This location was a great fit for our production! Victor was very responsive and helpful and the neighborhood is film-friendly. There's a few adorable dogs that live on the premises, but they were quiet and held in another section of the house for the full time we were there.

Victor and Eva were very accommodating to the production. Extremely helpful with all our questions. Very communicative and responded quickly via cell, texts and email. Strongly recommend this location. Another plus - crew parking .3 miles away at a baseball field. Plenty of local support services.

This location is amazing! We used it for 3 sets - a 1970’s Midwest driveway/front yard, a posh dinner party in the gorgeous dining room and the the romantic atmosphere of the backyard with its pool, lush plant life and twinkle lights. But you could have had 5 or 6 more sets in there! Seriously! And the owners were great - could not have been more helpful or kinder or less intrusive. This location was a dream come true for our production!
