About the Space
Every Speakeasy has cool name, we call this one “Free With Purchase.” You can ask why, but we may…or may not share that with you! This small but outstanding 1bdr/Studio (with an additional fold-out sofa in the living room) has been recently remodeled as a phenomenal Speakeasy that will accommodate 4-6 people comfortably. For a gathering or chill party, the space can accommodate as many as 10-12 inside and outside with the patio. This is REALLY FUN SPACE to have your very own private Speakeasy—with a VERY Speakeasy-type entrance! Fantastic spot for private gatherings, films, TV, and commercials. There is a microwave and small refrigerator, as well as a washer/dryer. However, there is no kitchen in this space.
